Is it White Privilege, or just being White?
What is your perception of Black people in America?
Why do you think schools are more segregated than ever?
How would you describe a neighborhood of color?
Why do you think people are rioting?
Do you have an authentic position on race?
Have you known a friend or family member that has spent time in prison?
Do you ask people to identify if they are a felon on their job application?
Do you ask people their race on a job application?
Are you concerned your Black employees will be honest about their experiences?
What is your racial pay gap, if any?
How many Blacks do you have in leadership? How many Black employees do you have?
Do you have internship programs? Do you have a referral program for new hires?
Did your parents own a home?
Do we believe we are good people?
